Great place to train! Fitness goals, martial art goals, and social goals are all very possible here. The BJJ program is my favorite. Friendly atmosphere and strong training.
Definitely recommend Unit2. I do both BJJ and crossfit here, and both programs will challenge you while still being fun.
Awesome atmosphere, great energy and world class instructors. If you want results this is the place to go.
