In my decade-long experience in the industry, I have never encountered a leasing company as unsatisfactory as this one. The level of customer service and communication is profoundly disappointing, warranting a rating far below the standard. It appears that customer loyalty and satisfaction are not priorities for this company, as evidenced by their dismissive treatment of clients. I would give 0 stars if I could. We apparently still get charged a late fee of $25 when paid on the grace period due to the “time it takes them to process” the payment. I have never heard of this in my entire life. I asked to get them dropped because we don’t even receive anything in the mail to even know we have had these late fees got transferred a couple times and ultimately nothing was done. I would never do business with this company again. We have several commercial loans with United Leasing. I have been trying to get a payoff letter from them for over 5 days now! This is very close to costing me a sale and tens of thousands simply because they can’t tell me what I owe! This should not be this difficult nor thus frustrating!!
It's almost incredible how primitive their website is. The site doesn't even tell you your balance or due date. There was an absurd dispute where the first payment isn't included in the booklet. They don't have any idea what they are doing. Avoid this place and get a real lender. UPDATE: Additionally, they do not report your loan to credit bureaus, unless you fail to pay your loans. This company has been nothing but good to me. I got a little behind because of cancer treatment bills and they are working to keep me as up to date as I can get! And Christine is always so kind! Thank you for all you do.
