In my decade-long experience in the industry, I have never encountered a leasing company as unsatisfactory as this one. The level of customer service and communication is profoundly disappointing, warranting a rating far below the standard. It appears that customer loyalty and satisfaction are not priorities for this company, as evidenced by their dismissive treatment of clients. I have been working with the team at United Leasing & Finance for several months and they have been great to work with - always doing what they can to find a solution that will benefit their customers. I would definitely recommend them to any business looking for a partner to help them move their business forward.
I would give 0 stars if I could. We apparently still get charged a late fee of $25 when paid on the grace period due to the “time it takes them to process” the payment. I have never heard of this in my entire life. I asked to get them dropped because we don’t even receive anything in the mail to even know we have had these late fees got transferred a couple times and ultimately nothing was done. This company has been nothing but good to me. I got a little behind because of cancer treatment bills and they are working to keep me as up to date as I can get! And Christine is always so kind! Thank you for all you do.
I would never do business with this company again. We have several commercial loans with United Leasing. I have been trying to get a payoff letter from them for over 5 days now! This is very close to costing me a sale and tens of thousands simply because they can’t tell me what I owe! This should not be this difficult nor thus frustrating!!
