Arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and was met by Brian Hinkley. Brian then explained to me that because of the number of oil changes, there were certain things that needed to be checked according to the manufacturer, then he gave me a printed list provided by the manufacturer. Great experience overall. Our salesman, David, did an amazing job. The good: awesome salesman, clean facility, fair price, we felt like valued customers. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase, salesman, and dealership. I can't think of enough nice things to say!
Service adviser I worked with was very friendly, when I was finally able to meet with one, despite having an appointment. Though considering the after sale service I have received from United Nissan I was not surprised. While they have a nice facility the poor management is evident in every aspect of the place. Excellent service, in and out! Great! Gregory was very professional and helpful. The oil change and dome light repair were done in a timely manner. Time at the dealership was less than 30 minutes!

Carlos was awesome! Helped me when he knew my car was going to take longer than it should have. He kept in contact with me with letting me know how everything was going.
