When we purchased the vehicle only one key was available because the guy we originally spoke over the phone with had the key with him at a tent sale that was going on. Odd considering the car was at the dealership and not the tent sale. Then, since we live out of state, I had my sister go by a week and a half later to pick it up and it could not be found. Service people are friendly and discussed maintenance repair/ issues with customer satisfaction and service are great. Price for maintenance service work schedule is high, hope to lower the cost to affordable one.
I had a call about trading in my Versa for a Juke. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone first lied to me and stated to me that he guaranteed me that he would lower my interest rate as well as my payment. He also stated that he would make sure that my first registration would be paid in full by the dealership and that I would have no payments for 90 days. I HATE BEING LIED TO... Ruben Flores is always courteous and thorough each time I bring my car in for any type of service. I brought it in for an oil change and he scheduled my next one for me as well. The only issue I had is I brought the car in at 7 am and it took over an hour just to change the oil. I bring it in that early so I can head in to work right after. In the past I have never had to wait more than 30 or 40 minutes. I was late to work because of the delay.
