I do not have any negative comments to say about the staff. They were all extremely helpful and made it a great experience for me.

I drove up to the bay at the service area. A man waved me in and said welcome to Nissan. He said his name was Tony and asked what i was there for today. I told him it was my first service. He then told me i could wait in the waiting and he would have my car ready in 35 minutes. He was early when he returned my car.
I needed to have my car serviced and thought there were serious issues. Service was able to do an analysis, determine the areas of concern, and correct those that were most pressing. While there are additional areas to be addressed, I was able to get back to work without too much time lost. I've scheduled an appointment to get the other issues handled; at a time that will allow me not to be in conflict with work, but able to resolve the outstanding items.
Sedric was awesome as a salesman very nice and informative. The csi team was very helpful, and sam in finance really was nice and approachable.
It has been a while since I had experienced the atmosphere of an auto dealership and I was pleasantly surprised at the enthusiasm and seemingly genuine desire to please the customer.
Chris explained what he felt he could do and followed through on his word. I respected this and purchased the Altima. If he had come back with some different song and dance then what he originally said then I would've felt he was trying to hook me in instead of being honest so then I would have thanked him and left.
The staff was very attentive to my needs, I originally came in for a oil change and was able to be provided with a good deal on a new car as well as a good deal for my used car. Everyone was very friendly and even when the process was taking awhile to complete Javier took me to lunch as the food on site had pork and I have a pork allergy.
