Friendly courteous terrific service writer. Comfortable and spacious waiting area with tv, fresh coffee and free internet service provided. Clean bath room! Overall a terrific experience.
I came on for a free window tint from when I purchased the vehicle. Upon pulling into the service drive, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen. One took the mileage on my vehicle, and the other directed me to Mr. Jimenez. Mr. Jimenez wrote my information up, and directed me to the customer waiting lounge. LOVED my experience with Antwon and Will. Awesome guys. Everyone there was friendly, eager and knowledgeable. I even enjoyed the finance gentleman! He made my daughter laugh and me smile. AMAZING customer service. They open the doors for you, offer food and drinks, just flat out make you feel not just comfortable but at home. very happy with everything thus far
Great experience with the service dept but horrible experience with sales ! But the service department was nice ! I would recommend getting some new magazines for the waiting area.
The service adviser was very accommodating, courteous and went out of his way to help other customer who looked lost looking for the parts department. It should have been enough for him to direct that client where, but he looked at the computer, and I assumed the printout he provided was relevant to what the client needed and that to me is an ultimate customer service. Additionally, my car was ready earlier than expected.
i was disappointed how they tell you a quote over the internet and then another once you get there but apart from that i was very pleased with the staff and overall they where very nice
