Good company. Teresa in the front office is always very helpful and efficient. She returns calls promptly and delivers what you asked. You're in good hands with Teresa. Refill requests are delivered promptly within 1-3 days. I'm very happy with ORP

I own my own tank and bid out pricing each year. ORP has been consistently less expensive and greater service than the others in the area. I put a reminder in my calendar to check the level monthly and they always get a refill supply delivered before I run out. The $$ savings compared to others is significant. If you own your own tank do yourself a favor and compare.

This company is clueless. I've spent 2 months trying to get my account paid in full with this company., They are completely clueless and their billing process is the worst I've ever seen. They cant post payments nor do credits or basically can do anything right. They are the most ignorant and incompetent company I've ever dealt with in my life,. PLEASE don't use this company unless you want a complete headache. They should be shut down.
