It's been two weeks and now the extreme cold. I'm about out. And they cannot tell me when they are coming. This is pathetic. How can you run a business like this and survive ?
Customer service there simply does not exist. You'll be luck if you will leave 10 voicemails and some one will call back. Usually never. Tried to order Propane gas few times, no luck for me. Tried to call some 800 number, still no luck, tried emails as well, never got a response back! Avoid a any cost. You will be very very disappointed.
I moved into my house 2.5 years ago and called Heritage to discuss setting up propane service. The man on the phone said the tank that was at my house was their tank and that we could just set up a new lease agreement and he came out to inspect the tank. Fast forward to March 2018... I receive a letter addressed to the previous owners of the house from Southern Propane that we owe them $38 for the tank lease - I call and they say the tank on my property is theirs and either we set up a lease agreement with them or they will... read more
