You can't get anyone to answer the phone phone. I've been waiting for a week for my gas to be delivered in this near zero degree weather. I have been trying to heat with a kerosene heater and 2 electric heaters.
I have been a customer for less than a year. I will not be making it past this winter season. Not only have I had to call twice to dispute a bill, even though I prepay before every fill up, but now I'm on the verge of losing heat. I was sold on a 325 gal tank to heat my 3000 square foot space under the pretense that they had a 2-3 day turn around when calling in a fill up. If you google Northern Kentucky Propane for "reviews," you won't find any. I suspect that's on purpose, because the parent company, United Propane in Paducah, KY, has pages and pages of law suits against it, including class action suits by two of Kentucky's Attorneys General. These complaints are all for breach of contract resulting in thousands of dollars out of customers' pockets. This company requests prepayment before delivery.
