This company has been great for the past few years, but we are having issues now. When calling I have to leave a voicemail each time, no one ever responds now. I first called Dec 7, requesting fill up…we were at 40% have called after the tornado when we were at 30%, still no one returned our call or showed up, called again at 20% and went online requesting fill up? Have called several times over the past three to four weeks. Left message as requested was called back the first time and told there was a waiting list. A week or so later still no propane. Called again, received call out of Hopkinsville office. Was told there was no list and that a delivery would be made when they had multiple deliveries in my area.
