dont bother with them. called every day for a week to get PREPAID gas refilled and left messages with no response. went to the office on tuesday and they said they would be out by thursday. its now the next tuesday with no gas and no phone pickups.

I have been with this company over 4 years. Service was great till this year. I have called the Dickson office 5 times trying to get my tank filled and now over 4 weeks later I'm almost out of propane they wont call me back. I RENT my tank so I cant call another company for a refill. I'm beyond pissed and a out to change to another company! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Customer service is terrible. Lack of communication is big with this company. If you need to get in contact with them, you have to contact multiple times in a row. You can't schedule a delivery with them. The drivers make their own schedule. Which is fine if there was communication from the driver as to when the delivery would be made. Main office sent an email stating it would be delivered on 02/13. Driver was a no show. When asked why the delivery was not made, they said it's because they're behind. I had their tank disconnected December 3 2020. I called them immediately after the tank was unhooked. Today it is January 7th 2021 and I still can get them to: 1) answer the phone or 2) come get their tank. The tank is in my way.

Awful! Avoid this company at all costs. I signed up for their summer propane tank fill at what should have been a good price. Three months later and they still have not been out to fill the tank. They have said that they would and even set a date but they don't show up. They also never answer their phones. Save yourself the aggravation and buy your propane elsewhere.

AWFUL!! Customer has been deceased for months. They won't come and pick up the tank because it still has gas in it. They must be a company that can not afford to credit back the money. So the tank sits on the ex- property of the deceased because they claim they can't pick it up until summer. They want my mom to pay for gas that was not used. Must be financially in trouble.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. First I would prepay. The first year they tried to bill me for 136.00 I prepay so it took 4 phone calls to get that straightened out. 2nd time I prepaid what they said it would be now they said the girl that was doing it put in the wrong amount. I told her that was not my fault she said she would fix it. I have had my fill for 6 weeks and I. Am empty I told her there is no way and I could smell gas at the tank. I was a good customer of this company for 5 years. Last year my 500 gallon tank was empty within a month of a full delivery. Apparently the gas valve was not completed closed by the delivery man and all the propane leaked out. The company did not take any responsibility for this because the tank was owned by me. They don't take any responsibility unless the tank is leased from them. This year I had a gas leak which was reported and they never came to investigate.
