Had our propane tank filled up and had an excellent experience. The initial timeframe after making the appointment was that they would send someone out within 10 days but in 2 days they made it happen. The technician, Cameron, gave us a call the day of our appointment with a heads up and he arrived within the time frame he gave us making it very convenient so that we could get our dogs situated and out of the way. Caitlin is an amazing service representative! She explained things accurately along with answering any questions I had regarding my contract. Caitlin is also very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with!
Staff is courteous. They have always delivered my propane in a reasonable amount of time after order was placed. However, getting anyone to answer the phone at the local office is impossible. You have to leave a message and expect someone to call you back to place an order. Alternatively, you may stop by the local office to place the order. I switched to United Propane after their big competitor basically just failed to fill my tank, even after contacting them and getting assurances of expedited service, I was out. I also couldn't find a physical location to explain the issue. UPG fixed all that. I went to a local office - they got me set up quickly and the tank checked and filled. I now have automatic service. The site managers and phone service folks are friendly and work together to ensure service. Switch now!
