Very dependable propane delivery company with good prices that are competitive. I own my own tank and can purchase my propane from any dealer, and Lake Region Propane has always been lower than all the others. They are also very prompt on their deliveries.

My family has been using UPG for a very long time. I called a couple days ago to get 200 gallons in our tank. I had to leave a detailed voice message (it gave instructions on what info to leave, so I hung up, got the info handy, and called back). When the lady returned my call, she was all set and just confirmed what I wanted, told me the price per gallon, and said it would be delivered within the next few days. I called January 18th 2018 to order 200 gallons of propane gas and they said 7-10 days.,Okay its been 11 days and still no Propane.,I have been a really good customer for over 15 years and this is how we are treated. Well our Propane is down to 7 percent in our tank and if they don't show up today I am looking for another Propane Gas Dealer. Wow. Incredibly unreliable and totally unprofessional. Trying to get propane delivered to my aging mother's home. They lied to me and hung up on me. Still don't have propane delivered. I will never purchase from them again. I wish I had their corporate number, if they even have one, to complain. Their customer service was incredibly rude. When I was trying to find out when the propane would be delivered, she said she had another call and hung up on me. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I am a new customer and i'm done before I got the first fill. I went to the office to start the account and the sign on the door said they would return at 1:30, It being around 1:20 I waited. Around 1:50 the office staff arrived. I filled out the paperwork and was informed that it would take, "a couple days" to get approval. Three days later on a Friday I called them to find out what was happening and I was told we were approved and that they would be out Monday to fill my tank if it didn't snow as forecasted on Sunday.
