I wont even give them a 1 star rating. I have been calling them for 4 days and can't get a answer. my tank is down to 40 % and we have some realy cold weather coming. I don't no what we going to do If we make it throught this I well find someone els to get my fuel. please pray.

I just wanted to let corporate know they will be losing a customer for life. I own a house in Huntingdon, TN. This was my fathers house and he passed away 1/2016. I had one renter in there who worked for your company and did not change the bill to her name but left it under the address. She left a balance which I paid and will claim when I take her to court. If I could give no stars I would. Our church has been trying to call with no calls returned. They said we'd get our tank filled last week. We had to go there to even talk with someone. It wasn't done prior to the bad weather. The phone is never answered. Very bad way to handle business.

Ive been trying to get propane for three weeks. cant get them to deliver. I will have to council church services this Sunday. if I cant get any gas. don't know what the problem is. went there they told me next day. that's been over a week. tried to call in box full. cant leave message. cant get any one to answer. quess I will make another trip tomorrow. wondering about this company.

Purchased a propane tank over one month ago paid for it. They promised to be out within a week or so still waiting for them. Service has been horrible evidently they don't have enough employees to service all the customers. I explained to them Lowes was coming to install a Generac generator by February 18 and needed the gas service before Lowes could install. They are blaming bad weather. Well don't take the job if you can't get it installed by a dead line.
