Great customer service overall. I put the wrong information on my application and took a while to respond to emails but Brandie was patient and helpful. Also Kevin was a great technician. He was professional and proficient. Also very helpful in showing me how to work the gas fireplace and answering all my questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. Don't hesitate to call them today.
Kevin came to our house and was very friendly and informative regarding our propane tank. We have never had a propane tank , but now we are comfortable understanding the process. Thank you Kevin for all of your help!

Kevin and Jamie showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and got the inspection and refill knocked out on quick order. They clearly have been with the company for a few years, as they were familiar with the property and previous owners (we just bought the place) and it was nice to get a little more insight as it is an older home.
