This is the worst gas company I have ever dealt with! My 87 tear old father in law has been requesting gas delivery ( pre-paid for) for about 3 weeks and he is now out of gas completely..... The lady on the phone gives us nothing but excuses! The NEW phone system/ 40 calls a day which she stated that the drivers can only reach about 10 to 15 in a day and they ONLY have 2 drivers.....So they can`t support the service that they sell!!!! I would like to start off by saying that the ladies I have dealt with on the phone at Quality Propane have always been polite and helpful. However, I pre-paid 750 gallons at $1.79 gallon on 10/21/2013. In January, they partially filled the tank using the $1.79 rate. Today (2/7/2014), I called for a fill and they stated that all pre-pay contracts have been canceled. The new price is $3.899 and that they would have to deliver a minimum of 200 gallons.
