Over the years that I've been a customer many employees have come and gone. Rochelle would have to be at the top of my list of helpful employees. Always cheerful and makes everyone feel important. She's an outstanding person and a pleasure to do business with. A big asset to the London office!

Don't even deserve a one star. I have been trying for weeks to get my gas tanked filled. I would love a response back from my email and voicemail. I just want to know how much it will cost and when someone will be there. Their voice mail says to only leave one message. They need a better customer service line. I would only need to leave 1 message if they would just call back and tell me something. I understand it a busy time of the year. Very angry! Poor customer service.

"You get what you pay for" here.They might have had the best price on propane, but what good is that when you can't get it? their customer service is non existent. I keep hearing 'in the next couple of days' from them for two weeks. Husband went over there and paid up front hoping to speed them up and was told, 'we only have one truck' we'll try. Still no propane, heating one area with portable heater and filling grill tanks, not cheap. Looking for other vendor on Monday. Willing to pay a little more for RELIABLE servi... read more

I placed an order for propane over two weeks ago when my tank was just above 30%. It is now under 10% and I still don’t have a delivery. And I guarantee they will try to charge an “out of gas” fee. I’m not paying that.

Not one to complain much. But when you live 10 miles from a gas company and they need a two or three month notice to fill your tank, there's a problem. Well I'll tell you the problem. They won't keep their trucks running, they won't hire drivers for the ones that does run, they won't take calls and they charge just as much as most. Get your trucks and keep them running, hire drivers and service your customers or get out of business. Thank you very much !!!!
