I would have given zero if possible. Signed up for auto delivery 12-2-25. Got a delivery. Was supposed to have a monitor installed. Got to 30% around 1-12-26. Contacted UPG as there was still no monitor on My tank. Confirmed I was still on auto delivery. It’s now 1-31-26 no monitor and no propane for 3 days. No delivery in sight. House is at 44 degrees. Thanks for NOTHiNG.
Had a very good experience with united propane gas today. Their response was quick, the lady helped me to sit up my online account, so I could take advantage of their Black Friday price on their propane. Was able to use this online account to request this refill & can now ask for delivery through this account. I appreciate the time she spent with me walking through every step to set this account up. They have always been very prompt with our deliveries, have never ran out of gas, very dependable.
My mother ordered a refill 5 day's ago. And our tank is on 20.. they don't answer or call back.. and say the weather is bad when it is not.. and the roads are fine now.. this company isn't being professional at all...day 6 now 😒 still no show.
I do not recommend UPG for anyone there are several people in the Melber area that have been waiting on gas for 4 weeks and finally ran out and having to stay with family there are several elderly people on 10% or less who are still waiting on gas. If you can't deliver for your valued customers then you need hire extra help or close your doors....
They must have gotten new management in the past couple years or something. We've been customers for years and it used to be absolutely impossible to get ahold of them unless you reached out to corporate via their website. Now, when I call, I actually get ahold of someone.
