Delivery was smooth and on time. Driver was #35 I think his name was Branson. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns.

New customer to UPG. Expectations were above what I expected from first call to service to delivery. Received phone call to let me know when delivery would be here. Scottie came to do my inspection and delivery. He was very polite and professional. He found a leak and fixed it and filled tank. He then inspected my stove. So professional service and it gave me sense of safety. I was more then happy I chose this company to do business with. They

I just called your office for a pre-buy and Christine answered the phone. She was so helpful and cheerful that I am going to be smiling for the rest of my day. Christine was eager to to work with me in crunching numbers, and also informed me of something I was unaware of. Made my day. If you could, you should clone Christine.
