Called December 31st and left message with all info for a fill up including percent of tank which was 45%. I left messages after 2 weeks at Henry and Paducah offices and no one returned my calls. 3 weeks later my husband goes into the office and is told the order was put in and then taken out for an unknown reason. The lady answering the phone was rude to me even though I never got upset with her. Her name is Nicole. I called her about a 30 dollar charge that was on my bill because the tank was empty even though I called in several days b4 when the tank was on 20%. She proceeded to tell me since the propane is for a commercial chicken operation and not a home that they can choose to not bring propane to me if they are to busy. Carrie always takes great care of us and gets our propane deliveries asap. Always prompt, courteous, and respectful. Never an issue.
I've called twice in the last couple weeks to have propane delivered, still no propane. It's almost Christmas and I'll run out then have to pay an extra charge for delivery over the holidays. I called in at 30% now I'm below 10% we have a big house propane goes fast in cold weather.
HC propane delivered propane to my property in early Jan. The truck driver destroyed my satellite dish. They didn't even notify me. I discovered it myself. They wouldn't return my multiple phone calls. I went to their office and confronted them. They admitted doing it. I even emailed the corporate office and never received a reply. Needless to say, I haven't received any compensation for my loss. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
