We ordered gas on January 25 and have been calling them twice a week ever since to get gas and have been given every excuse , the driver lost our ticket, driver quit, truck broke down, have to get to customers in their local area first, won't answer phone. I have even called the Unionville office 660-947-2899 and was told they couldn't bring gas to us because we are not their customer, so I asked to be switched to them and was told that they would have to contact corporate office by e-mail that was 2 weeks ago. We have been calling this company now for just about a week. Yesterday (Saturday Feb 20) we discovered that there was the possibility of a leak. Calling the company I was guaranteed they would be out today, (Sunday Feb.21) because they were working all weekend. When asking them about the leak I was told it would be ok and the guy would check it when he come out today. Here it is 6PM and no gas truck in my driveway so far. This company does not care about elderly customers. 3 weeks to wait for a fill is absolutely unacceptable! especially in extreme inclement weather! Do not use this company!
