If you are looking for a reliable caring gas company who truly considers the needs of their customers and is very reliable LOOK NO FURTHER. I can tell you the folks in our local reading office are the most caring compassionate individuals I have ever interacted with as my gas provider. When I was in need of a new tank last fall they truly came through for us within three days when all others said it was 2-3 week wait, this was in October therefore a very busy time for them. We called UPG on a Thursday and the following Monday they had their service tech there. Set us three tanks and installed everything was smooth sailing. Doug was great to work with and we appreciate the prompt service. Great team!

Had such a great experience with Jamie at Country Propane. She really helped me when I had some health issue that came up. What great customer service! She was awesome!
Wow my experience with Laura today was beyond incredible! I forgot to get my tank rental paid for far too long so it was getting sent to collections. I called to resolve the issue and Laura not only was able to clear up the issue she removed my late fee. On top of that I had just missed the summer gas rates but, she was able to make some adjustments and get me those too. She saved me probably $100 today on things that were my own fault. Thank you for not only saving me money but, being kind while doing it!
