How do I get ahold of someone in the local office? I’m only getting the call center & really need to speak to someone locally .
I had no heat for two days, my furnace repair person realized after troubleshooting , that there were no issues with the furnace but was with the propane tank regulator. I had to contact my propane company Up3. I had a hard time getting hold of anyone, it was a Saturday, I tried all day. On Sunday morning, I called again and finally was directed to someone.
