We were in a pinch and needed propane to move into our new construction home. Our lease was up in the rental we had while we were building and the only thing keeping us from moving was not having propane. At the last minute Russell and Blake found one and delivered it out to our new home to save the day! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Beware if you are a new customer to them. They insist on testing your system for leaks, which should be a good, safe thing to do; however, the driver who 'tested' my system said we had a small leak. He said he couldn't fill the tank and recommend we call a licensed plumber which we did. Licensed plumber documented a normal test with no leaks or issues. Plumber asked if propane driver pulled my gas stove out and shut the valve off. No, he did not (and yes, I told him my stove was gas). We spent over $400 for a plumber to tell... read more
Awful!! We have been trying to get propane for 2 weeks and now told it will be several more days. They don't answer the phone. Will never do business with them again!
The worst costumer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I am shocked they are still in business, judging by the reviews on FB. I only wished I had reviewed these comments prior to scheduling an appointment.
