The office woman, Pat, is so very nice and knowledgeable. If she says she will call you back, she does. I appreciate her friendliness on the phone and all of her help. So glad she is there; I can count on her. I am reviewing again as I had another very good experience with Pat and the great help she was with our contracts. Thanks again Pat!

Pat, the office lady, is fantastic. She is always willing to explain and help answer any questions you may have. She is extremely patient, helpful, and kind...I wish I would encourage ter more people who do their jobs so well.
