Took $400 from my disabled parents and it's been over a month with no delivery. They had some man come out, look at the tank, gave my dad a thumbs up as my dad waved and he pulled away. No delivery. Multiple calls and either no one answers or were told we will get a call back. This is the 2nd time this happened. First was during that DEADLY freeze that we just had. My parents had 0 heat for over 4 weeks in single digit temps because these people are too lazy to do their damn jobs. How do you take that much money from someone... read more
We started calling for a delivery on Wednesday Jan 21 st before the storm hit knowing they would get backed up.. tank read 35%… not sure when they started delivering again…call every couple days tank hit 15%…now 15 days later.. no delivery yet.. tank at 7%… 44 degrees in our house… went to the office in Union City… still no delivery…obviously they were not prepared with manpower or supplies to handle the storm…
We’ve dealt with Anita at the Union City office for years getting our propane. She’s always friendly and makes things super easy to set up our summer fills and prepay for winter. The workers are very professional and always efficient in delivering on time!! Great customer service!!
I needed new valves for my propane tank I tried to figure out what I needed since the old valves were no longer made. The employees at Obion Propane went out of their way to help me and explain how to install the valves. The manager even called me after hours to make sure the installation process went well. I appreciate the service I received from this business and appreciate all the employees from the manager to the administrative assistant. Job well done.
Been a customer for 16 years. Always paid on time, used to get discount if paid in 10 days. Used to get great service. Was a little slow getting gas delivered last year. Ordered gas on 1/24 a week before ice event when tank was at 20%. 15 days later, still no gas. Called twice and told delivery would be next day but hasn’t happened. Down to less than 10% now. Does anyone have a suggestion for alternative companies
