Miscommunication between supervisor and actual crew who came to do the job. I had asked for water removal and carpet restoration. The crew came without water removal equipment and expected to simply remove my carpet. They ended up removing the padding, which was necessary anyway, and using MY wet-vac to get as much water out of the carpet as possible. Someone else came the next day with fans to dry it out and it turned out OK. Wouldn't call them again, though.
