We found a leak in our guest room and when the plumber came to diagnose the problem, lo and behold it turned into us needing to renovate our entire bathroom upstairs. I had a sewer line broken in the crawlspace. United water responded to my call and showed up immediately. They didn’t waste any time. Jaiden and his team were courteous, professional, and timely. They all had proper PPEs. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Much appreciate their effort. It was very hard working conditions in the crawlspace during the heat. They were very kind about everything.

Unfortunately I've got to change my review as I wouldn't feel right leading others into the disaster I've experienced. Everyone is nice and patient at the beginning, but these people honestly wrecked my home and furniture and then sent me a bill for $3.5K over current market value and I'm stuck with the bill. They didn't cover my furniture before cutting into drywall, I had to ask them to halfway through the process and then they just threw a plastic sheet over it that immediately blew off with the multiple fans running. ... read more
