Significant damage to our home was very hard to process. UWRG was informative, always available, highly professional and highly knowledgeable. Validated in that they are the only “approved” provider in my location for our homeowners policy carrier. We had a great team handling us, and our daily connection, Diego, was outstanding. can’t say enough good things about Diego at United Water Restoration. He handled water mitigation in my home after an AC leak, and he was truly outstanding every step of the way. Diego was extremely attentive and professional, always showing up on time and explaining clearly what he was doing.
