can’t say enough good things about Diego at United Water Restoration. He handled water mitigation in my home after an AC leak, and he was truly outstanding every step of the way. Diego was extremely attentive and professional, always showing up on time and explaining clearly what he was doing. Wow! Day one… from start to finish it has been a great experience. I chose UWR of Lakeland because it had such a high rating and has not disappointed! Diego, my tech is very polite and professional, no attitude or apathy during the installation of the equipment, super task focused and efficient. He made sure I knew step by step what was going to happen and what I needed to look out for. Equipment is in place and he left the area clean and safe for me😊 Highly recommend this company.

We had an inside pipeline burst flooding both our master bath and bedroom on a Sunday during evening hours. We contacted United Water Resterations and Eddie their technician worked promptly to get our situation under control. Unfortunately, I obtained a slip and fall when this occurred and was transported to the nearest hospital with a severe head injury but when my wife came back home from the hospital Eddie had all the necessary equipment in as well as having all the water extracted. KOODS TO EDDIE FOR A JOB WELL DONE
