When I had discovered water damage to my wall from my leaking AC unit, I was referred by Frank Gay Services to United Water Restoration Group. UWRG provided immediate response and had sent an agent to assess the area within the hour. I was very pleased with how quickly the whole process took, considering this was during the holidays. We had an inside pipeline burst flooding both our master bath and bedroom on a Sunday during evening hours. We contacted United Water Resterations and Eddie their technician worked promptly to get our situation under control. Unfortunately, I obtained a slip and fall when this occurred and was transported to the nearest hospital with a severe head injury but when my wife came back home from the hospital Eddie had all the necessary equipment in as well as having all the water extracted.
