Had a water leak inside the wall in my apartment @ Marlowe Ridgeview. The team at United - Lakeland came through and is doing a great job at fixing it. Specifically Doug and Atilla who came in and removed the cabinets, removed the kitchen sink, cleaned it all out, dried it, kept everything clean and taped up. The team is wrapping up the job in the next few days, their work is great and they are a super friendly staff. 100% recommend.

Significant damage to our home was very hard to process. UWRG was informative, always available, highly professional and highly knowledgeable. Validated in that they are the only “approved” provider in my location for our homeowners policy carrier. We had a great team handling us, and our daily connection, Diego, was outstanding. We trust them enough to have the next team do the full restoration. Great team to work with during tough times.

We had an incident with a flooded room. Harry arrived within a few hours, assessed the situation, got all the equipment, and took care of it for us. He was very explanatory about everything he did and did not leave us to worry or wonder about anything. Great service!
