Our experience with Harry and United Water Restoration was exceptional. The work ethic, customer service and communication all through the process was truly above and beyond. Harry took the time explain the water mitigation process to us and answer all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

Had a water leak inside the wall in my apartment @ Marlowe Ridgeview. The team at United - Lakeland came through and is doing a great job at fixing it. Specifically Doug and Atilla who came in and removed the cabinets, removed the kitchen sink, cleaned it all out, dried it, kept everything clean and taped up. The team is wrapping up the job in the next few days, their work is great and they are a super friendly staff. 100% recommend.

Harry was quick to respond, arrived when he said he would, and took the time to thoroughly assess the damage from our HVAC leak. He provided a detailed cash estimate promptly and was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. While we didn't end up using their restoration services, I appreciated his responsiveness and the time he spent helping us understand the scope of the damage.

We have had an amazing experience with Harry, Andrea Sean, Mike, Doug and Peter! They have been on top of our claim. They have all been very respectful, willing to answer any and all questions and if they didn't know, they would find out. They asked the questions from insurance to ensure that we were treated fairly. We definitely recommend them! This is part 2, a few months since our claim! The first half was emergency services and mitigation. This is referring to the construction crew, NKJ Construction. All of those... read more
