I hired United Water and Restoration of Laurel to repair property damage I received from a water leak. I contacted United Water Restoration Group of Laurel for a water damage evaluation. Initially, there was a miscommunication that caused a delay, but they promptly called me back that same night to clarify the situation. They scheduled an inspection for Sunday afternoon and arrived as planned. During the visit, they examined everything thoroughly and explained the situation clearly, including the next steps. I've had a really bad experience with this company. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. On their website it states estimates and analysis are FREE. I made sure to ask if this was true before the rep came to my house. He didn't know therefore I called answering person made who confirmed with the rep. He came and took videos and they were instructed to await for insurance to confirm if they will cover this before anything was started. Luckily insurance covers the water damage portion. We are beyond impressed with the service Tayo, Josh, and their team provided. We had basement flooding at 11 pm due to a clogged pipe. My father had just had surgery, so he was unable to manage the cleanup. Tayo came out and assessed things that night and stayed until 3 am to ensure everything was stable.
