I'd left the positive review below after what I thought was a great job by URWG of the Lower Hudson Valley. Unfortunately, I recently found out that the insulation in my crawl space was installed backward -- an error that can lead to future mold problems, which is why they were there in the first place. I contacted Latoya immediately because I was certain that URWG would make it right. Not so. They listened to the issue before the job, quoted a fair price that they met even after finding additional damage, and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew was very considerate and explained the detail of their work as they were working on the mold remediation. Excellent customer service and job well done.
