Can't say enough good stuff about both James and Latoya at UWRG. We just had a rather extensive mold remediation project completed and we're happy with their work and responsiveness to our concerns and willingness to work with our insurance company. Quality work done quickly!

They listened to the issue before the job, quoted a fair price that they met even after finding additional damage, and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew was very considerate and explained the detail of their work as they were working on the mold remediation. Excellent customer service and job well done.

Had a pipe break when we opened the valve to our outside hose line and had water in a finished basement room and under the stairs in the crawl space. Made a call and spoke to Latoya of UWRG, who was kind and professional as she got all the details and scheduled a tech to come to my home right away. About an hour later, UWRG’s tech (James) arrived to assess the damage and detail the step-by-step process of what he’d be doing to take care of the mess and get us back to normal.
