We thought they’d done a good job until we found out our crawl space insulation was installed backwards. When we contacted Latoya by phone message and emails we were ghosted. No response. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. Stay clear.

I'd left the positive review below after what I thought was a great job by URWG of the Lower Hudson Valley. Unfortunately, I recently found out that the insulation in my crawl space was installed backward -- an error that can lead to future mold problems, which is why they were there in the first place. I contacted Latoya immediately because I was certain that URWG would make it right. Not so. My mom and I really had a great experience working with the United Water Restoration team. The patience, professionalism, and timeliness were outstanding. Latoya took her time to explain everything to us and made the process easy. I fully recommend using them. 👌

They listened to the issue before the job, quoted a fair price that they met even after finding additional damage, and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew was very considerate and explained the detail of their work as they were working on the mold remediation. Excellent customer service and job well done.

Had a pipe break when we opened the valve to our outside hose line and had water in a finished basement room and under the stairs in the crawl space. Made a call and spoke to Latoya of UWRG, who was kind and professional as she got all the details and scheduled a tech to come to my home right away. About an hour later, UWRG’s tech (James) arrived to assess the damage and detail the step-by-step process of what he’d be doing to take care of the mess and get us back to normal.
