I had to replace a leaking tub. When the plumber removed it, there was water damage on the subfloor. The plumber recommended United Water to do the restoration since I had a bad experience with another restoration company 4 years ago. I have been very pleased with the restoration crew at United Water. They gave me an estimate with photos and explained the process. They also gave me a call to let me know when to expect them each day. Now that restoration is complete, I am using them for repairs. Great company to work with!

We had a great experience with UWRG of McDonough! From the moment we discovered water damage in our home, they were responsive, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and set up clean, high-quality drying equipment right away to prevent further issues. The UWRG team kept us informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with water damage!

I can’t say enough great things about DJ and his support team. We had a situation where an upstairs toilet leaked through to the first floor and was dripping in to the dining room below. Our plumber recommended them. The team came in, broke out the situation in to phases, provided a quote, and got to work immediately. They did a great job with my water damage issue. All employees were friendly, competent, professional & always available to answer my numerous calls. They had the proper equipment to handle the job. From Kayla to Jarrett, everyone was top notch.
