Jaret and Trynity are top notch workers! These guys are an asset to your company. When they said “We’ll be at you house at 9:30, guess what, they were here at 9:30!” Rare these days for anyone to be on time, so the fact they arrived on time was awesome! These guys are extremely professional too. The mess they made, they also cleaned up. As I said, very professional. It was also nice to see a well-kept work vehicle. We had a water burst in our home over the weekend, and United Water Restoration group had someone in route to our home as soon as we made the call. The on call tech they sent to our home was Jaret. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and kept us up to date constantly throughout the entire process. He kept our mind at ease, in a situation that was very stressful.
