I am so glad I chose UWRG for my water remediation issue! I interviewed 3 other companies and UWRG just seemed to be more knowledgeable, have better equipment and have great technicians. They were prompt in coming out to evaluate the damage and arrange for a technician to come out. This was important to me, because I wanted to avoid mold. I live in Clayton and had a roof leak that turned into so much water damage in my walls that it lead to mold and when I called this group their owner Dan answered on the 3rd ring and provided great customer service and was able to send Justin to my house that day! Dan handled the headache of dealing with insurance and Justin checked in on me every day and was very professional and time efficient AND left no mess!!! This company is excellent to work with. Would highly recommend. We had water coming through the front of our house due to improper flashing and Justin with UWRG was able to determine where the moisture was, get rid of it, and treat the areas that may have had mold.

Fantastic response time, saved my kitchen from a nasty dishwasher leak. I connected with Abbey and within an hour Justin was at my house helping to save us. They checked in with us everyday and helped me with the insurance process. Great group!
