I was in need of a mold consultation. When I called they were able to schedule me the next day. They provided a TWO hour time window- WAY better than a 4 hour or all day window. I received a text about an hour prior to arrival with the technicians name. Justin was thorough, on time and friendly. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group as an honest and efficient company for any issues. They came out to evaluate a potential problem and were quick to tell us that no further work was needed. I appreciated their transparency and feel much better knowing that there aren’t any problematic areas in our bathroom. Daniel was so polite, thorough, and professional throughout the whole process. After a freak flood on Halloween, I called and they came within 45 minutes. They were so helpful, great to communicate with, and were so easy to work with. They got the problem under control. 10/10 would recommend.

This was such a prompt and great service. We had some mold spreading in our master bathroom and I was really impressed how quickly we were able to book the service. Everyone was kind and accommodating working around my baby’s nap schedule, as well.
