We used UWRG after some flooding in our kitchen. Justin came out quickly to give us an estimate, was communicative throughout the process, and made us feel like a high priority (even though I think our job was considered a small one). He was even sweet to and patient with our two toddlers. Our insurance also required additional documents and resending of pictures and they were troopers through it all, getting those documents sent quickly. I was in need of a mold consultation. When I called they were able to schedule me the next day. They provided a TWO hour time window- WAY better than a 4 hour or all day window. I received a text about an hour prior to arrival with the technicians name. Justin was thorough, on time and friendly. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group as an honest and efficient company for any issues. They came out to evaluate a potential problem and were quick to tell us that no further work was needed. I appreciated their transparency and feel much better knowing that there aren’t any problematic areas in our bathroom. Daniel was so polite, thorough, and professional throughout the whole process. This was such a prompt and great service. We had some mold spreading in our master bathroom and I was really impressed how quickly we were able to book the service. Everyone was kind and accommodating working around my baby’s nap schedule, as well.
