This is our second time working with United Water Restoration, and another great experience from start to finish. Their customer service is awesome and the team that showed up to mitigate was professional, informative, efficient and friendly. They answered our call quickly and were able to fit us in same day for mitigation, our house is now completely dry with zero moisture. Highly recommend!
I had a steady leak in my bathroom that went unnoticed for weeks, and the hardwood flooring was showing signs of swelling. When I discovered it, I began drying it myself but decided to call United Water Restoration to come out and look at the damage. Diego was out the next morning. He ran some quick tests and showed me the places moisture was trapped. Highly recommended! A storm put a hole in my roof and water poured into the walls. The team here was prompt and responsive, very professional and compassionate in a stressful time, and at the end of the day did great work….i hope we won’t need them again, but glad to have them on speed dial
We had a water leak and once we got the leak fixed we realized we had more than a simple drywall repair needed due to all of the moisture. We contacted United Water Restoration Group of Chapel Hill and had a great experience from start to finish. They worked with us on scheduling, we’re very clear on the process and communicative throughout. While we hope to not have another leak, we’re sure we will and will absolutely contact this team again!
Had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group today. We had an upstairs toilet leak this morning, and were concerned about water damage. The team was super friendly on the phone and sent out a friendly technician the same day. They actually advised that we did not need to take any action, which was refreshing to feel like I was not being upsold! Will definitely be using this company again in the future.
