We had a water leak and once we got the leak fixed we realized we had more than a simple drywall repair needed due to all of the moisture. We contacted United Water Restoration Group of Chapel Hill and had a great experience from start to finish. They worked with us on scheduling, we’re very clear on the process and communicative throughout. While we hope to not have another leak, we’re sure we will and will absolutely contact this team again!

United Water was fantastic! We called in Chapel Hill for a true emergency with the Chantal flooding to help a disabled friend. God Bless Them: they got someone there that very morning to assess the situation. They told us of the concerns and that was enough to understand the damage to walls, floors and appliances.
