Family owned local franchise. Got a 12'x8'x8' barn door unit. Prompt delivery & pick-up, extremely courteous & very easy to work with, even somewhat flexible on the terms within reason. Not only was the unit water tight, but they were the most reasonable in town. NOW FOR THE BEST PART! Their delivery system is very accurate in the placement, & could possibly even fit into a space with only 6" to spare on each side & 1' above. NOBODY ELSE can do that. Very pleased & impressed. Will definitely use again. Great People.
Although I chose to go with a full service mover, I was delighted with the customer service given to me by Units. They were so pleasant and helpful. Just based on the customer service, I would give them 5 stars and recommend them.
Fair warning, you will be charged multiple surprise fees. Don’t do it.

Delivery guy was awesome, however, I did not a have great experience with the front desk. Company did not keep its word. Container was outdoors for a week in early July when we paid for it to be in the warehouse. If you’re building, please DO NOT go through this company. If you’re like my family and experience an unexpected push back (1day) You will be charged an entire month.
