Great service I particularly like service gentleman Peter Salas who has been working on my car since I bought it back in 2004. I would not take my car to anyone else other than Peter at Universal Nissan. Peter is always helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and caring.
Excellent customer service The service advisor is the best. He made the process easy. He is very professional and helpful. I wouldn't change anything about the experience. They dropped us off at the city walk and picked me up in a timely matter.

Great service all around The entire service from drop in of the vehicle, providing me with a vehicle, replacement, notifying me that the status of the repairs, Nazario service manager does a complete check of vehicle and notify me of any problems not reported that needs to be address and fixed

Phenominal , transparent and friendly service . Toto the sales guy was beyond patient. He was not pushy nor did I feel pressured. Once I was paired up with Chris it was even better . I set my budget and expectations and he met them, period, that easy . It was his job to make me happy with my purchase and he did just that. I'm not sure what Nissan's core values are however both Toto and Chris represented the company well, phenomenal service ! Thank you .
