"Great service~" There was a recall on my car, they called me and took my car the following day...they needed a few hours to fix it and they even gave me a loaner car so I could go on with my daily chores without wasting the day...when I picked up the car it just took a few minutes to pick up my car and I was on my way...great service!
"3 month check" I rec’d a call from the dealership letting me know it was time for my 3 month check. The rep made the appt for me right there. Went in and was greeted right away. The service rep went over everything that was going to be done and how long it would take. Also asked if i wanted a car wash. My car was ready on time. I was escorted to my car and the gentleman even opened the door for me. Such a nice experience.

"Love their service! " I came to Universal Nissan for a service issue after taking it to Champion Nissan. Champion tried to fix an issue with my car but the light constantly came up. Shant from Universal Nissan was so nice and they even gave me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be stranded. Their service was nice and quick. I am never going anywhere else but Universal Nissan.
