"Excellent Customer Service" Victor was very helpful and it all went very smoothly. He explained everything to me and I felt looked after. Would highly recommend and will be returning.
"They’re the best" Universal Nissan’s service department is fabulous. I’ve been going there since the 1990s. They always look for the most efficient and reasonable ways to service your car, and they are friendly and helpful every step of the way. ALL if their service managers are terrific, but a special shout-out to Onofre Olivas and Mel Lemus who take care of me on most of my visits. You will not go wrong getting your Nissan serviced here.

"Be sure to keep it clean " Came in on 6/8/19 for oil and tire service per maintenance specs. When I got home I noticed the rims were covered in grease and fingerprints and there were several scratches on the aluminum parts of the rims.
"Great Service Department!" I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano 10 years ago as a certified pre-owned automobile from Universal City Nissan. Although, it's about a 50 minute drive from my house and can be over an hour when the traffic is especially bad, I still bring my car to the same dealer because of the outstanding service provided.
