"Best in Service..." Everybody in Service have been terrific. Knowledgeable, hard working. You're greeted immediately and the process moves quickly. No waiting around needlessly. Everything is taken care of. You are notified of possible issues discovered. Service rep helps you plan form the next visit. Without a doubt best service I've had from any dealer regardless of brand.
"Great service dept" I was very pleased with my service appointment at universal city Nissan. Melvyn and the manager above him, Bill, have a courteous and very professional service team.
"First time leasing." I would give about 4 1/2 stars. Salesman stayed true to his words. Big help with a couple of add-ons/upgrades too. Fair trade in value for my car. The whole process was not too long. I would like to see less paperwork.
"Best customer care" I needed to get an oil change desperately and when I got to Universal Nissan I was directed to be taken care by Rudy in the service department and man was it a great experience! He was detailed and straight forward in a kind manner and was on schedule with how long it was going to take if not earlier. If you have a Nissan and want quality care for you and your vehicle I would recommend to go see Rudy at Universal city Nissan in the Service dept an let him help you out.. you won't be dissapointed!
"Service appt" Kind and courteous service dept that is well run. Service manager Melvyn and his team are knowledgeable and honest. I will recommend this service department.
"Superb service!" Onofre is a a great service writer. I have a good rapport with him and he keeps me posted on the service that is due for my car. He provided me with a convenient loaner so I could get to work and the car was ready in record time.
"no time waisted" The services provided was excellent, My car was service on a timely matter. I was given a completion time and it was done at the time given. Great job thanks.
"Trade in my JUKE" This guys in Universal Nissan help me out on my trade in. Thanks Service and professionalism was great couldn't ask for any more. Very happy with my new Sport Rogue
"Great service " All employees work fast and diligently. From the person greetings you to the mechanic. No one was slacking around. I liked that. I was not expecting my car washed,but it was. Great!
