"Universal City Nissan Is the Best" The customer service was exceptional! Carlos was very helpful and patient and showed me several cars from the very beginning. I told them I was expecting a child and needed something child friendly and fully equipped and that’s what I got! Once they showed me the car with all the features I was looking for I knew it was the one. I had a great experience with all the sales representatives and managers. "Professional staff" Everyone was courteous and friendly. My advisor kept me informed, gave me estimates, and was knowledgeable. Vincente in the parts department was very helpful too with parts I needed for my versa. And he called me to let me know when the part arrived.
"Great experience " Best place to buy a car even if you are not A Nissan fan. The sales people make you feel at home. Their selection is top-notch. And the Word was your credit good or bad. Perfect
"Service" Excellent service. Replaced radio under warranty and also replaced visor under warranty. Radio had to be ordered and was called when unit arrived. Service done in a timely manner.
