Great service... Excellent. James Alvarado (service advisor) did a tremendous job and was excellent doing his job. James did a perfectly coordinating with the technician, to the loaner car (Richard) and to the cashier and keeping me update... and the car was perfectly done and on time. Things and amenities at the waiting lounge makes me feel at home, happy, and comfortable.
Great service Mike was great and very helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. The shuttle team was also great and very helpful in giving me a ride back to my apartment and to the dealership.
Great service and clean facility it's always clean pleasurable and I love going to see Pater...And when you know you're going you know you're going to have cookies fruit water hot cocoa popcorn it's a pleasure
