Nissan universal city was wonderful. My sales rep Moe was very helpful and the sales manager Ez was amazing! They stayed with me practically all day until we negotiated a deal. The service exceeded expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease OR buy! And remember, always do your research before walking into a dealership.
From the moment we walked in staff was very welcoming. Attended us immediately and addressed questions and concerns with regards to a purchase. Staff was amongst the friendliest I have came across and worked dilengently to meet my needs.

Friendliness and honesty unlike the other sales men and manager that work there. Alexander Garcia and his manager took the initiative to help me until I left completely satisfied. Everything was precise, effective, and clear. Best experience so far. Definitely wouldn't recommend David the finance employee.
Very friendly and customer satisfaction conscious making sure that they not only make a sale but that the customer is so satisfied they would either come back again and / or recommend them to others. Went out of their way to locate me a financial institution that would give me a lower monthly rate after the sale was final and I already had my wonderful vehicle with me.
