Edi found exactly what I wanted in the shortest time possible and provided all the information I needed. He has a wonderful and easygoing personality and made me feel secure in my dealings with the purchase. Everything was handled within a couple of hours. Also thanks to Tyler who processed the financial aspect very fast. Their sense of humor removed any anxiety that could have been attached to making an investment to a new car. I will recommend this dealership to anybody anytime.
Service manager David. Very personable, knowledgeable... Took the time to explain recommendations etc. I didn't feel like I was being marketed or spoken to by a droid like you often do at a dealership or most retail establishments for that matter. He is a huge asset to your team. Some of the folks inside where you actually pay could stand to benefit with some training with David. Savik was a very helpful sales person that tried to meet whatever my needs were. He answered questions very well and made the purchase appealing by how he presented the car and its options. Tyler in financing was an absolute pleasure to work with, with a wonderful personality and made the process enjoyable for me. I wouldn't mind coming back to the dealership simply to visit him, so if I'm going to need another Nissan the future, I'd be happy to deal with him.
