THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I brought my car in for a FREE DETAIL that I was given because the LAST time I brought my car here, they literally lost it for 2 hours. Lost my car! How does that even happen?? So I bring it in for the free detail and ask them to look it over as I will be driving it across country next month. Of course they call me with a list of things they recommend, including replacing my drivers side window because it isn't functioning, which would cost $800! I laughed at that and of course said no way. Then they ... read more

I don't usually don't take the time to write reviews. But legal advice has told me that I should. I went in letting Carmen and everyone know that I only had a grand to give as a down payment. I told them that I had a repo on my credit and that everyone has been denying me. Carmen from the first moment preyed on my wife whom she disrespectfully would try to coax her into using her social as she never used her credit. They went as far as to give me numbers and fill out a contract on a used vehicle. Which was kind of sketchy al... read more

Don't trust what they say. They don't have a good selection on use cars! U get pass on! I started with one person n toss to another. They hide the numbers from you, so please ask to see your numbers!! This is the WORST BUY, n STUPID buy I made. I guess we learn from our mistakes.

Went there when Monique said she would price match. When I arrivered she couldn't do what she promised over the phone. So a car on Ad. Agreed with Thai and his TWO supervisors on a price, $850 ABOVE ad price. But when the sales slip came it was almost $2000 ABOVE ad price, and $1450 more than we agreed on. We were told by supervisor that they COULD NOT go any lower! Which means they NEVER intended to sell car at the ad price, since we were willing to give them $850 over AD price. I told ALL my co workers what thieves they ar... read more

Mickey, the Internet Sales Manager and the Finance Department at Universal City Nissan illegally dinged my credit with a hard inquiry after I decided not to buy a car with them and after I left the dealership just to screw with me because i walked out of the transaction and told them NOT TO RUN MY CREDIT. They did it anyway, because these people are awful human beings who don't care about you and only want your $. I've never experienced something so blatantly illegal and unethical especially from such a big company. But what... read more

After talking to Lawrance Ayoub, over the phone who is the Internet Sales Manager at Universal City Nissan, he said I was approve with a program that they have that is based by your income because of my credit history, but to make this story short he said I was approve up to $17,000 and 30 days to come out with a $1000 down plus my first payment in 60 days. But when arriving at the dealership all has change to the worst of worst.. All that Lawrance, made me believe was just a complete game. 1. I spent 5 hours at the dealer. ... read more

I don't like to be asked to come in with pay stubs and utility bills when I have established credit. They had the best price from truecars.com so I was in contact. High pressure wanting me to come in with pay stubs ASAP. Checked their inventory on the internet and they did not even have an Xterra S 4X4 on the lot ! Lol The Low bid was for any car on lot meeting my specs, they had NONE. Bottom line, I live hours away. I just need a car and a price, not drama. I had a great car buying experience at AV Nissan

Run away!!! Run far, far away. I get that car salesmen have to be aggressive, but at a certain point it becomes a hostage crisis. Then once you agree to purchase something you become the least important thing in the world. I walked in at 5:30 Sunday and didn't get home until 12:30. We waited at least an hour for the new car to get 'washed, detailed and a full tank of gas'. When they gave it to us, the inside was still caked in dust and I had to go get gas. Sure the salesman came with to pay for the gas, but what the heck was... read more

Don't do business with these guys. Check their rating with the better business bureau a big "F". They rip you off, their prices are horrible, I bought a car last Sunday and what they do they confuse you with the deal and rip you off. I test drove a car and after we made the deal they told me they cannot give me that car because it is $2500 more!!! False Advertising. They even promise some free stuff and they wouldn't honor that. The sales people are just a bunch of lairs. Especially in internet sales department, a person cal... read more
