Friendly Efficient We first got into touch with Jeff in sales. We had been all over the place for two days, not to forget we live two hours away. I spoke to Jeff the night prior and he was pretty confident we could make it happen. He was very pleasant. Everyone was. Test drove a car, we chatted about programs. Met his manager. Then on to financing. Uli helped us. Another pleasant experience. Even saved us more money! Friendliest staff! Quick, to the point. Uli really was the icing on the cake for this experience.

5Star Sales and Finance Reps, terrible car wash! Smooth procedure from start to finish, well-informed Sales and Finance Representatives, and phenomenal customer service. Only exception is the car wash, since dust and streaks were left on the vehicle, INSIDE AND OUT. Also, moon-roof sliding cover is damaged.
The best service-Nazario The great service provided by Nazario and the girls at the cashier. Also the shuttle service however it seems they only drop off but do not pick up

Also Uli from the Finance Dept. was very professional and nice. I am very happy with my buying experience at UCN. This was my second time at UCN.
