From the first appointment of getting a quote to the finish of the installation I was highly impressed with the promptness and professionalism of those that I worked with at Universal Windows.
Although I was very happy with the sales/ordering end of things, not so much with the installation and follow up. Originally told 3-4 weeks for the windows, then 6-8 weeks and now there's at least another 2 week delay due to availability of the product. Had to make 2 phone calls before someone called me back with a response. Door was installed last week and the job is still not complete.
