I would refer anyone to Universal. From the beginning of scheduling a quote to the salesman, to the installation, all of these things were so easy to do. They were available at a time that was convenient to me. The installation went smoothly and at all times i felt confident that my property was being respected and the guys installing knew what they were doing. They wore shoe protectors and laid down drop cloths inside and out. The guys worked well together and got the job done in a timely manner.
I have purchased windows and now doors with this company! When the sales person came to my house each time it was amazing! No high pressure sales! The installation was amazing! They are timely quick to do the job! The crews are friendly and took time to pay attention to my dog! As he was supervising them throughout the job! I love my new windows and cannot wait to order the rest of my windows.
I loved the sales person and the measure tech and even the installers.. but somehow some of my windows were not measured correctly not once but twice and so they did not fit and installers had to reinstall my super old windows and caulk them to stay until my new ones are delivered. I really feel I should have been compensated for the messup and not charged.
