The installation crew was on time, very professional and worked ALL day to get the job done. I have literally never seen a crew work harder on my house. At one point when I became concerned about one of the windows, the lead installer took the time to hear me out, answer my questions and ensure that I was comfortable with going forward. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly & professionally my windows were installed! The experience could not been better.
We changed a window to a door and replaced our Friday by door. They both look great. The installation was perfect with no problems. The young men were very nice and there was no cleanup needed after they left. It was a great job.
Let me start by saying that the installers did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with how the windows turned out. My only recommendation is that the sales people be required to shadow the installers before meeting with clients so that they are aware of the installation process and construction terms (sash replacement vs. complete replacement) and can completely explain all aspects. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the product itself and in-the-field training would only make things better. Looking forward to... read more
