Very satisfied with the entire process and I really do love my new windows!
The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. We had replaced 1/2 our windows in 2013. I was concerned the new ones wouldn’t match, but they do. Got the call windows were ready and the crew was out the next day. Crew did all inside work in one day and finished up outside the next. I side was cleaned up well. I would have liked the windows cleaned after I installation: a few handprints and smudges. Overall, I am very pleased. Looking forward to lower energy bills.
It took a long time for the windows to come in. I am happy with the windows and I thought my installer Patrick was very good.
