We changed a window to a door and replaced our Friday by door. They both look great. The installation was perfect with no problems. The young men were very nice and there was no cleanup needed after they left. It was a great job.
Let me start by saying that the installers did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with how the windows turned out. My only recommendation is that the sales people be required to shadow the installers before meeting with clients so that they are aware of the installation process and construction terms (sash replacement vs. complete replacement) and can completely explain all aspects.
