We are currently 2 months post windows and siding being installed. Everything looks great, but we are having to have 3 windows replaced so far as well as 7 screens that have to be replaced. I’m sure they will get it right in the end, but it’s been a hassle throughout the whole process.
The roof itself looks great and should last half of forever. The rest of the experience with Universal was sub par. clean up was rushed and I almost lost a tire to a nail and a pool liner to shingle pieces. Communication with the crew was limited and not all of the promises made to me were met. I like the product but I'm not sure if I a fan of the company or not.
We had both windows and siding installed. The window installers were excellent! Very professional, fast, and cleaned up after themselves as they went. Love the windows! No complaints! The siding installers were ok - they started 2 days later than we were told (due to illness). The second day were weren't even informed that they wouldn't be here.
