The product is great and installers did their job competently. However, they left a bit of a mess upon completing the installation.
Window placed however when the installation team wiped them down I was left with calk on the windows (both inside and out). Looked terrible I have flower boxes about 15 ft up but with having 1 screen covering the whole window ( this was not discussed ) I cannot water my plants. A lot of play on all windows (when locked) so I will keep an eye on them this winter to make sure they are effective.
